All organic ingredients are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers, Oregon Tithe Organic Certified, Quality Assurance International. All of these organizations are recognized by the National Organic Program for the USDA. In addition, all of my packaging is printed on 100% recycled and unbleached paper.
Why organic? Organic means that no chemicals were used in the growing and cultivating of the ingredients. Our body absorbs significant amounts of what we put on our skin. If pesticides kill insects why would we want it on the food we eat and accept it on the products we put on our skin? If we have the option of organic and non-organic, choose Organic. Go organic for a healthier planet. It is difficult to always eat and use body products that are completely organic but, organic products allow us to avoid transmitting these hidden toxins into our bodies. At the end of the day, supporting organics supports a healthier world and future generation.
